Guest guest Posted September 27, 2000 Report Share Posted September 27, 2000 I saw an article in the JAMA as far back as 1972 that stated that Vit E @300IU/day was almost universally effective on idiopathic (meaning we don't know the cause!) nocturnal leg cramps.
