I can say I agree with the outings our kids are taken on if given in

moderation, sure I dont want my child out visiting Mcdonalds daily but in a

classroom learning what she can , I can say I am a childcare provider and

alot of my so called normal kids dont get many places either i take them to

parks and out to eat and many have never been there. These kids also receive

a variety of foods from me like vegetables and meats that they have no idea

what these foods are.. ITs awful I say it should be added for all kids today

being a mess that our society is in. I can understand in part that alot of

parents dont take their children with disabilities out in public due to

behavior issues and sometimes the embarrassment but we need to overcome that

and realize these kids were given to us to look after and teach to the best

of our abilities and we will be gone someday and our kids will have to deal

with individuals on their own. I know I want my daughter to know all about

life and be ready for anything life may deal her and by showing her the world

and that I love her and I am not embarrased of her or care what anyone out

there has to say I am showing her to be proud of who she is! And she is ,

she will stand up and tell you I am --Too cute!!! She is my joy that

is for sure.... well just wanted to state my peace on this one.. thanks
