Guest guest
's other PSW is here & we were having a discussion on SSI & lunches out. now has SSDI. Is he allowed to take her out once in a while for lunch with his money? Also, her hubby is on disability. She said they are being docked in his disability because they own a house. I thought that the SSA doesn't count your house or vehicle.. Liz
Guest guest
If 18 years old & older, SSI does not count: - the home you live in - one car - less than $2000 in total assets.  If less than 18 years old, SSI does not count - parent's qualified retirement accounts - all other income & assets are " deemed " to the child  SSDI does not count ANY assets. -Sherri From: Liz <dljar58@...> IPADDUnite Sent: Sunday, August 28, 2011 12:26 PM Subject: Another SSI question  's other PSW is here & we were having a discussion on SSI & lunches out. now has SSDI.
