I have recently re connected with some family that includes a DD half sister (26 yrs old) who is great at communicating in general, in good health, but has a very very low ability to read, count money, etc. I am looking to help get a fresh/current assessment of her true abilities and interest. There is a need to find her a new home as her elderly father is running low on time and $.
