Integrated Health Program Stakeholder Meeting - 10/26 1-3

All,

For those who may not be aware, HFS is hosting a stakeholder videoconference

meeting, which will take place on Wednesday, October 26, 2011, from 1 p.m. to 3

p.m. The locations of the videoconference are 401 S. Clinton, 7th Floor in

Chicago, and 201 S. Grand Avenue East, 3rd floor in Springfield.

Mendonsa,CEO of Aetna Better Health, will be in attendance at the

meeting. Unfortunately, I am not able to attend due to a conflict with our

previously scheduled Member Advisory Council. (I am thrilled that our first

meeting for our Council is underway and I will be certain to provide updates to

you).
