The Ligas Draft Implementation Plan is open for comments

until November 14, 2011. Please send your comments to me.

The class action lawsuit was filed in 2005 will have a

major impact on the Developmental Disability System over the next six years for

individuals who reside in ICFDD's and for people on the waiting list. The

community service system is going to grow by about 30%! In the next 20 months

alone, 1,000 people will move off the waiting list!

Read the Ligas Implementation Plan and send your

comments to me before Nov. 14th.
