NOTE from HFS: Update for November 15, 2011, Care Coordination Subcommittee Meeting " Due to the level of interest expressed, and after allocating space for committee members, presentation guests and required staff, we regret that we cannot confirm in-person attendance for the November 15, 2011, Care Coordination Subcommittee meeting. All confirmations to attend in-person are revoked. Attendance at both the Chicago and Springfield locations will be on a first-come, first-served basis. In the next 19 months, 1,000 people will move! Any of the 6,000 individuals in an ICFDD, over a six year period, will be able to transition into the most integrated community-based setting of their choice! The Illinois Disability System will expand by about 30%! The court has ruled that this decree must be funded regardless of what our friends in the Capitol say!
