Updated Schedule of Rubin's Special Needs Legal and Future

Planning Presentations is attached.

Earlier this month presented at the Autism Society of America National

Convention in Orlando Florida. In September, is presenting at the Arc of

the U.S. National Convention in Denver. Please see the attached file for a

complete schedule of 's future presentations as of July 31, 2011.

has been presenting on the topic of Special Needs Legal and Future Planning

since 1982, since his own son, , was one year old. For a complete list

's son, , also known as " little/big brother " , upon graduating Magna

Cum Laude from Law School, has joined the firm, adding the perspective of a

sibling, to 's perspective of a parent. 's daughter, (B.S.N.;

R.N.), also known as " assistant mom " , also participates in the firm as our

Office Manager/Administrator. In addition, 's wife, , also

participates as our receptionist, and our Executive Assistant.

Our practice is limited to serving our fellow families of children and adults

with intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities, and/or mental

illness.
