Dear Ellen When I was in Denver for our national convention, I had the pleasure of seeing Braddock's Keynote Presentation, " Challenges in Developmental Disabilities. This was one of 's best presentations in my opinion and he has had many. It was rich in data and a real call to action. One of his slides reminded me that there are now 14 states without state institutions!
