Guest guest
This just came across my computer today, note the trainings start on Sept. 15th! Discovering Personal Genius: The Foundation for Better Outcomes, Satisfying Work, and Self-Employment in McHenry County Presented by: Cary , Senior Partner, Hammis Associates, LLC Marsie Frawley, Senior Consultant, Hammis Associates LLC These webinars and training sessions will focus on using Customized Employment to uncover the unique personal genius and contributions to the workplace that are present, but frequently unknown, in many jobseekers or potential business owners (PBO). The sessions will include an overview of Customized Employment, with an emphasis on the first step in the process, called Discovery. Discovery uses practical and experiential learning as its basis, to allow both the jobseeker or PBO, and their team to identify an individual’s ideal conditions of employment and use them to guide the development or creation of a highly tailored or customized job. Further, discovery applies the same type of experiential learning to gain knowledge of businesses or specific types of businesses to figure out how the person’s ideal conditions fit into the targeted business area. This way, the employment planning team develops outcomes to fit the individual allowing them to contribute their best to the workplace, and for the business to gain clear value from hiring the individual, or for communities to gain a valued product or service from a new business.
