Dear Ellen,

The real challenges of closing Mabley and ville

are about to begin and it is going to be a long hard road through May, 2012.

With assistance from a statewide advocacy workgroup we

have compiled an Advocates Toolkit on Institutional Closures. This toolkit is

considered to by dynamic and I would appreciate any suggestions for improvements

or updates as we move forward.

The Workgroup which I chaired wanted to have something

that was easy for you to use.
