Guest guest
I know this forum is for adult children, but everyone's adult used to be a child so I'm hoping you can give me some recommendations. I have a cousin who's son - 10 years old- has autism. They live in Palatine and are at the end of their rope - financially and emotionally. She is hoping I can steer her toward some resources. My questions are - should she register with a PASS Agency? If so, which one? Is there funding out there for autistic children - perhaps the Children's Waiver - and how does she go about applying? Is there an IPADD group for parents with children under the age of 21? I have a 24 year old with CP and I live in fort so I am afraid I am not much help to her. Any information and recommendations of where to steer her would be greatly appreciated! Diane Ruklic
