Looking for a new primary care physician in the Northwest suburbs

Can anyone recommend a primary care physician who works well with adults

who have a developmental disability in the Northwest suburbs (Des

Plaines, Arlington Hts, Rolling Meadows, etc.) AND accepts Medicaid and

Medicare?
