Fw: Important information for Ligas Implementation

You may be aware that the state is being forced to draw 1000 names

from the PUNs list prior to June 2012. We anticipate the first drawing to take

place in the next month. In order to support our cooperative and microboard

members who are awaiting funding, we will be submitting a list to DHS and the

Court Monitor.

Please let me know if you signed the Ligas class agreement, if you

are on the PUNs list, and for how long. Also, it would be helpful to know of

the particular need that you have, such as 24 hour support, intermittent

support, etc. If you are 60 years or older, 70 years or older or 80 years or

older, and are still caring for a family member with a disability at home (only

one parent needs to qualify) you may qualify within the " critical need " class.

We anticipate a PUNs draw within the next month - prior to the implementation

plan finalization.
