Guest guest
Does anyone know what we may need to do before leaving our daughter with her grandparents when we go on a short vacation? In the past we have used a vacation power of attorney that we got from when he did our Special Needs Will. Our daughter will be nineteen and we are her legal guardians. Can we still use the form we did when she was younger, or is there something new we should use, or do we need anything at all? We will be taking her to Missouri and flying out from there so I know everyone would feel better if there were no hang ups if anything medical came up. Thanks, Penny S.
