I did all the paperwork for a single case agreement, so that Quentin could

continue to see the same doctors. They acknowledged receipt of this nonetheless

I was auto-enrolled in Aetna effective 8/5 (I did receive the packet yesterday)

and given a PCP, 40 miles in the south suburbs (I live in the west suburbs)

His epileptologist said it is imperative that he continue to see a neurologist

specialised in epilepsy for his diagnosis (Lennox Gastaut) but I didn't see any

on the list. Since this integrated care program concerns the elderly and adults

with disabilities it is unlikely that any of his doctors or hospitals will sign

on.
