Alert Program Workshop Oct. 16-17

Hi Laurie,

I am Sherry Shellenberger, an occupational therapist in NM and co-author of the

“How Does Your Engine Run?†® Alert Program® materials. I’m sending you

the e-announcement below about our course.

The Alert Program is widely used by OTs with their clients and families. Our

two-day workshop is appropriate for professionals and is parent friendly.

One of the things that we hate is when we are in a town and complete the

workshop. Then we head home to find a message from someone wondering when

we’ll be in the area again because they didn’t know that we were there.

We read about you on ’s Law Yellow Pages for Kids website.

Congratulations on the wonderful work that you do to support children and their

families!

I’ve included a short e-announcement below. Thanks for any help you can give

us in spreading the word.

Sincerely,

Sherry

How Does Your Engine Run?®

The Alert Program® for Self-Regulation

Chicago (Skokie), IL

October 16-17, 2011

9AM - 5PM both days

Come and find out why so many report that

" this is the best workshop I've ever attended! "

Our two-day, evidence-backed, Alert Program Conferences emphasize practical ways

for teachers, parents, and therapists to implement the program in school, home,

and clinic settings. Participants learn novel methods to share the basic theory

of the Alert Program (and sensory processing theory) with other team members, so

all can support students in developing self-regulation awareness.
