Guest guest
Lots of questions lately about PSWs being allowed access for free to public facilities, programs or services! Two people have raised questions about the Metra trains with me, are we all aboard for summer train rides on Metra this summer? I’ve forwarded the question to Berg at the Great Lakes ADA Center, hopefully he will have some guidance for the group. Certainly personal attendants are admitted at no extra cost to the person with a disabiilty if the business, program, facility or service is covered under the ADA, and if not having the personal attendant would prevent access for the person with the disability, and if the accomodation is deemed reasonable. My guess is there’s some solution here. Will post ’s answer when it’s received. Laurie
