There is a federal law which entitles funding for children up to age 21 who

are on Medicaid and have intensive behavioral issues.

1. The child could be either developmentally disabled or have

mental health issues.

2. If your child was denied an Individual Care Grant(ICG), then you may be

eligible for funding under a federal law.

3. If your child has been repeatedly hospitalized for behavioral issues,

then you may be eligible for funding for intensive community based services.
