Ok, I agree with this editorial but would add at the bottom line that " Everyone "

should mean everyone. Right now it is just the most vulnerable (over 18,

disabled and no private) that are obliged to be on this pilot program. We need

to put our legislators on it as well, then Illinois will really save some money.
