I believe ID encompasses all those born with intellectual variances AND those who develop an intellectual difference some time after birth. DD would be more specific to individuals born with an intellectual difference...at least this is how I understand the two terms. Anyone know for sure? Ellen Ellen Garber Bronfeld egskb@...
