Integrated Care Program Stakeholder Meeting on August 25, 2011

The department will be holding an Integrated Care Program (ICP) stakeholder

meeting on August 25, 2011. The purpose of the meeting will be to provide an

update on the program, and to seek feedback from consumers and advocates. The

meeting will be held via videoconference from 1-3 p.m., at two locations: 401 S.

Clinton, 7th Floor in Chicago, and 201 S. Grand Avenue East, 3rd Floor of the

Bloom Building in Springfield. A dial-in option will not be available for the

meeting.

The following documents are attached for your information: 1) The Illinois'

Integrated Care Program Information document provides an overview of the ICP,

including a description of the enrollment process, and; 2) The Integrated Care

Program Update as of August 10, 2011, provides enrollment and network

statistics.

Thanks, Ellen, this was very helpful. I was wondering why I wasn't

getting any info and I guess the answer is that she is covered by my

BC/BS. It costs me a fortune but I am afraid to let it go as she can't

get back on if I take her off. I keep hoping she will get enough

credits to get on Medicare, but so far no job for the last year.
