Hi.

This is Anne Enk from Plainfield. It has been forever since I have written for

advice. We currently use Easter Seals Joliet as our Facilator for both daughters

Childhood Waivers. We will be using UCP for ACCES$ beginning 8/1/2011. As our 1

daughter will be 18 in 1 month, we plan on my husband to be the 'employer' and

my son and I to be additional P.S.W.'s if need arises. My question follows:

If anyone uses ACCES$, have you ever looked into having liablity insurance for

your P.S.W's? If so, would you like to share your opinion or insight on it?

Easter Seals took out for Workmans Comp and ACCES$ only takes it out for

Pennsylvania P.S.W.'s not for Illinois(verified by Quintin at ACCES$). ( Thank

God in the 3 years my daughters have had the waivers, we have never had a

problem but if a PSW were to be injured on the job (none of mine have medical

insurance) we could be in a world of hurt, even with our umbrella policy)

Any information is truly appreciated. MANY THANKS.
