Happy Fourth of July!

The Associated Dental Specialists of Long Grove wishes all of our patients and

friends a very happy Independence Day. We hope your day is filled with fun and

time well spent with family.

 

International Association of Pediatric Dentistry Meets in Athens, Greece

Dr. Cannon was honored to be a Chairperson for the International Association of

Pediatric Dentistry meeting in Athens, Greece. The environment was very

exciting, with new research being presented (Dr. Cannon also presented research

at the meeting) and, of course, the demonstrations that turned violent. Dr.

Cannon also presented a seminar on “Bonding you can depend on†to a general

dentist meeting while in Athens. Unfortunately, he had very little time for

sightseeing.

 

Dr. Tylka obtains Certification in Sleep Dental Medicine

Dr. Tylka is a member of the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine and has

completed his training at the University of California, Los Angeles. Dr. Tylka

has his certification in Sleep Dental Medicine.

 

Dr. Cannon Presents Research at Universite Paris Descartes

On June 14th, Dr. Cannon presented research on the preservation of bonding

layers at the prestigious institution, Universite Paris Descartes, in Paris,

France. Dr. Cannon met with the faculty to discuss future research cooperation

between Northwestern University, Children’s Memorial Hospital, and Universite

Paris Descartes. Dr. Cannon is the Research Coordinator for Pediatric Dentistry

at Children’s Memorial Hospital.

 

Probiotic Research Study

The Probiotic Research Study will soon be ending. We would like to thank all of

our patients who contributed to the study. So far, the results are very

encouraging!
