May 19, 2011

Leaders in The Arc:

Today, we finally received formal approval so, the Chicago media and press

conference is confirmed for Tuesday, May 24, 2011 at 11 a.m. at the

Center in the Plaza at 100 West Randolph, Chicago.

At this LIFE event, we will have families speaking about the cuts to disability

services. We will also deliver to the Governor the LIFE Petitions against the

cuts!

ACTION: Plan to attend this LIFE Event and bring a crowd of friends with you.

This is a media event so I need you there.

Also, please have other advocates, staff and friends sign our petition. Right

now, we have over 4,000 signatures and we need more!
