transition projects, outreach and

education efforts around supporting young adults with disabilities and their

families.

The webinar presenters will discuss strategies for implementing transition

supports for young adults with disabilities that can lead to meaningful

employment and volunteer opportunities in areas that are urban, rural as

well as in areas with high unemployment rates.
