Guess this would be a service facilitator question, but since we might not find

out anything for over a month, thought I'd ask while I'm thinking of it....Does

having the Home Based mess up having Medicaid?

Oh, Liz. Quite the opposite. You have to be Medicaid eligible to qualify for

Home-Based. And there are some things you can't do with Home-Based because

Medicaid pays for it... like transportation to medical appointments...and

incontinence supplies.

I knew you had to be Medicaid elegible; was just wondering how the funds affect

the $2,000 limit of assets you can have for Medicaid.

You have to have a Medicaid card to participate in Home Based.
