Guest guest Posted April 21, 2011 Report Share Posted April 21, 2011 Oh, Liz. Quite the opposite. You have to be Medicaid eligible to qualify for Home-Based. And there are some things you can't do with Home-Based because Medicaid pays for it... like transportation to medical appointments...and incontinence supplies.
