Every year, I have the great experience of attending The Arc of Illinois Annual Conference in Lisle, Illinois. I attend great breakout sessions, get reacquainted with old friends, make new friends, and get to remember that I am not alone in my advocacy efforts (okay, it’s hard for me to lose track of that one).
