Facebook and Update on National Natural Supports Survey

At the top of your facebook home page - the one you see when you go to Facebook,

there is a place you can click on " link "

click on " link " and paste the following into that space:

http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/JWWTXBF

Then you will be asked to add a note or explanation - Write in something like

Please complete the National " Natural Supports " Survey for parents/caregivers of

and Individuals with Disabilities.

Hopefully, that should work.

By the way, we are now up to 113 responses.

We need a lot more, but that is a good start.
