Guest guest
, Did you ever respond to this? I might have missed it or deleted it in error. Could you please give me some information I can pass on to the parents in my group for picking the right attorney when doing their Special needs trust and Wills and POA? Thank you. Shirley   Could someone please tell me what are the most important things to ask when picking an Attorney to set up your special needs trusts, wills, POA's, etc. I have a couple of parents in my support group who have not done this yet and I want to make sure they get the right person the first time. I also heard of an OOPS trust, but what is the legal name for that? Thank you. Shirley
