, Did you ever respond to this?  I might have missed it or deleted it in

error.  Could you please give me some information I can pass on to the parents

in my group for picking the right attorney when doing their Special needs trust

and Wills and POA?  Thank you.

Shirley

Could someone please tell me what are the most important things to ask when

picking an Attorney to set up your special needs trusts, wills, POA's, etc. I

have a couple of parents in my support group who have not done this yet and I

want to make sure they get the right person the first time. I also heard of an

OOPS trust, but what is the legal name for that? Thank you. Shirley

Attachments cannot be used on IPADDU postings, unfortunately.

However, 's material and many other useful documents are in our files

section.

Thanks, I got it.  Thank goodness for everyone on here and now 's son

too!  We are so lucky to have you all.

I can't wait until my Aug. Parent group meeting to share this.  You all are the

one who inspired me to start my small support group of parents and one by one we

are growing.  We have had some great speakers from here too, you know who you

all are, thank you!

If anyone would like to join us we meet in Elmhurst the First Wed. of every

month at noon email for more details or if you want to be a guest speaker let me

know, we would love to have you.
