On the day I get 's, I usually put it in the same place. His one for May is

still there. I don't remember him getting one for June. I usually never need it

for anything, so Iwasn't worried about it. (of course today, he has a Dr's appt

& they'll probably want it.

Call your local office - as often as it takes - and get a hold of your case

manager.  They can manually generate the Medicaid card and send it out the same

day.  I live in Chicago, Cook County, and called yesterday about my son's card. 

They are being overwhelmed by calls, so you're better off trying to get a live

body than leave a voicemail.
