If Plenary Guardian it is black and white. Even if they have Insurance, when the

carrier learns there was a Guardian (Plenary) they are out because it was like

driving without a license. If Limited Guardian it should be in the order that

they retain right to drive. That section is not rebuttable. The second section,

if there is no Plenary Guardian is rebuttable by M.D. Or other evidence. Two

different provisions in statute. Sherri and I have been including this in our

longer presentations (like Arc).
