Hello folks,

I forgot to mention that the support group I mentioned last week is located

in the Dallas area, for anyone who lives around there.

Best wishes,

Hello all, today was our second Parent Support Group meeting and we are off to a

great start. If anyone is looking for a group of mom's to talk to and try to

figure everything out with, please let me know. We meet the First Wed. of every

month from noon till 1:30 in Elmhurst. We found that the more we think we know,

the less we know. I am working on getting a couple of guest speakers so if

anyone is interested, please let me know. Right now we are trying to figure out

SSI and SSDI and why everyone gets something different. Anyone have any

suggestions? Thanks. Shirley

Hi Shirley:

Attached is the information for the seminar.  I have also copied the

information

in the body of this email, just to be sure you have it.

Best regards,

Lenore D. Franckowiak

Planning for a loved one with special needs will be the topic of a workshop

presented by the Law Office of Nuccio & Associates, P.C.  The workshops,

which provide important information regarding planning for a family member with

a disability, will cover guardianships, advance directives, maximizing

government benefits and estate planning using special needs trusts.

Participants may choose one of two dates to attend, Thursday, March 3rd from

6:00Pm to 8:00PM or Saturday, March 5th at 10:00AM to 12:00 noon.  There is no

charge for the workshop, which is open to the public, but reservations are

required and may be made by contacting Ann at 847-823-9576.  The workshops

will be held at 1480 Renaissance Drive, first floor conference room, Park Ridge,

Illinois.  The presenters, Nuccio and Lenore D. Franckowiak are charter

members of the Academy of Special Needs Planners, a national organization of

attorneys dedicated to providing the highest quality service and advice to

individuals with special needs and to their families.  recently was

named

a Five Star Wealth Manager in Chicago Magazine.  An invitation, as seen in

Special Parent Magazine is attached.
