Home Based Waiver question

Today I found out that a friend of mine has a daughter (8) that got an award

letter in Sept. She was supposed to find out when it would start in Oct.

Here it is, the end of Jan & she's still waiting.

She's contacted the PAS agency & has been told that the hold up is in

Springfield. So what's the next step supposed to be once the award letter

is received.

Good question, Liz.

I would tell your friend to call his/her Network facilitator. In my area, it is

Ed McManus (North cook, North and Northwest Lake County) Her ISSA/PAS Agency

Caseworker should know who that would be in her geography.
