Guest guest
Hi e, I'm not sure if my take on this is correct, but I would think an individual would not have to disclose a disability to the state motor vehicle dept. unless it materially affects their ability to drive safely (vision problems & seizure disorder are the two conditions that occur to me immediately). If the person passes the vision test without glasses, that takes care of that one (or glasses are required when driving), and as for seizures, I believe the law is that a person has to have been seizure free for 6 months (assuming the person does report the seizure episode to motor vehicles).
