Hi e,

I'm not sure if my take on this is correct, but I would think an individual

would not have to disclose a disability to the state motor vehicle dept. unless

it materially affects their ability to drive safely (vision problems & seizure

disorder are the two conditions that occur to me immediately). If the person

passes the vision test without glasses, that takes care of that one (or glasses

are required when driving), and as for seizures, I believe the law is that a

person has to have been seizure free for 6 months (assuming the person does

report the seizure episode to motor vehicles).
