I'm gonna say NO receipts. We put together a simple one-page summary based on

going thru her checkbook. We've done it that way for 4 years; no problems so

far. We live in Will County. Anyone else?

I saw one post on this list in the recent past, concerning whether or Not the

actual receipts for spending/ purchases, has to accompany the yearly records of

how the SSI money was spent.

What was the verdict?

I just want to know whether or not to send in all the receipts with the

Representative Payee report form.

Diane, so far I have never had to provide receipts. You should keep them for

your records. Just mail in your Rep report and you'll be fine.

You do NOT need to mail in receipts with the actual payee report.
