We will discuss options including:

1. Powers of Attorney

a. Special Education - August 2007 Statutory Form

b. Financial - Illinois Statutory Durable Power of Attorney for Property

c. Health Care - Illinois Statutory Durable Power of Attorney for Health Care

d. Applicability of Illinois Health Care Surrogate Act

e. SSA

f. State of Illinois

g. Mental Health Declaration

2. Limited Guardianship

3. Plenary Guardianship

Also Short Term Guardian Declarations and Stand By Guardian Declarations...

There is no right or wrong. No two of our children are the same.

In certain situations Powers of Attorney are sufficient. In others, either a

Limited or a Plenary (full) guardianship is the best decision.

Subject: Thinking about guardianship

It's about that time, and just trying to think about guardianship.

Don't think we want full, but educational, for sure, ... and health care ...

what else might be important for an 18 year old still in school; LD, ASD and

ADHD.

Thanks for any advice before we head to 's,
