There is a new transition tool that is aimed at helping adolescents and

those around them with the transition from school to community that you

might be interested in. I left the entire newsletter (below) in case you are

not familiar with and might be interested in it.

It's great to see more and more materials being developed for this

population.

and professionals, features a wealth of practical and actionable
