Income Tax Season - SSI

My son began receiving SSI benefits in 2010.   As far as I can tell, this

benefit is not reportable income on his Federal / State Income Tax

returns.  Can someone confirm if my understanding of the reportablility of

this is accurate?

SSI is not taxable income... At least not yet...
