Guest guest
I've been reading some of the postings about the tax increase. Though I haven't been really keeping up to speed on it, I have my doubts also on it. Like , (I think it was) I too don't believe that the tax increase will be going to help any of our loved ones get off the waiting lists; or help fund the Home based program. After going to the town hall meeting this past week, I feel like the funding will be going towards roads & bridges, energy sources, creating jobs for people who are " gainfully employable " . I've not gone to my legislators to ask for a tax increase for those reasons. I know there are no guarantees in life, but I know that there are not many honest politicians either. I don't know how the corporate tax increase will affect the company I work for, but if something does happen that they have to close, then I will be looking at other states in which to live.
