In no case is this more highly evident than for children with disabilities. Before our children complete their school years, it is critical that we look to building support systems that involve family and community partners to ensure the best possible long term outcomes for our children. This session will introduce the concept of these partnerships, and model how they can be incorporated into current school programming and future planning.
