Stakeholder Meeting Thursday, December 2, 2010

Just a reminder that the next stakeholder meeting is scheduled for tomorrow,

Thursday, December 2, 2010. The meeting will be held via videoconference from 1

-3 p.m. at two locations: 401 S. Clinton, 7th Floor in Chicago, and 100 S.

Grand Avenue East, Executive Video Conference Room, 3rd Floor of the

Building, in Springfield. Please note that the Springfield location for this

meeting only is at the Department of Human Services. The topic for discussion

will be Quality Outcome Measures (see attachments). In addition, as requested

at the last meeting, contact information for the MCOs is attached.

The remaining two stakeholder meetings will be held via videoconference from 1-3

p.m., at two locations: 401 S. Clinton, 7th Floor in Chicago, and 201 S. Grand

Avenue East, 3rd Floor of the Bloom Building, in Springfield. The dates and

topics for these meetings are:

December 9th - Independent Evaluation of Program

December 16th - Care Management Coordination
