Folks, I once had a great article by Dohn Hoyle that I had saved. Now I

can't find it anywhere. I searched on my computer. I searched my hard copy

files. Nowhere. So I searched online.

First I want to say we have two GREAT experts on guardianship as active

participants on this list serve, Varnet and Rubin.

This is what I found on line from Dohn. I don't propose them as the end all,

right answers. But, this group likes to think. So here's some thinking
