What's the name of the plan/program for those who have received SSI and are not

working a low-paying job without health insurance?

It's called HB-something-something or HW-something-something.

It looks like Neal will need this before the year is out. His employer got

bought out, and the new parent company is going to switch all the hourly

warehouse people to employees of a temp agency, on permanent assignment to the

same old jobs.

My guess is that this is a way for the parent company to avoid paying for

insurance, benefits, and unemployment comp. Expect to see this move elsewhere,

folks.
