Hi and everyone,

My daughter was granted Homebased Services this month - when PACT,INC called

to let me know that she had been picked last summer they told me at that

point to get her on Medicaid *ASAP*. She already had SSI. So in our case

she was not already in the Medicaid system, but we had to get it within that

week of finding out. It wasn't all that hard to get it - just paperwork and

going to the office to turn in forms and their website tells you what to do

- I would advice just doing it because it is just one more thing to cross of

the list of things that must be done for funding and you won't have to do it

under the gun if you child is picked. It's in our favor that Medicaid is

funding this program! Just a tip: make sure you bring everything they tell

you.
