Any help ? Does Child support continue after age 18 if child has disibility?

Hi! It will depend on the Court order document.

 

On my paper, it said that child support continue until I reach the age of 21 or

until I become college student. However, Illinois is the worst state for

enforcing child support. My father didn't faithfully fulfil what the court order

him to do.

 

The good thing was that the court wrote a will for my father on my behalf. If my

father didn't have a will and die, the estate will be transfer to me.

 

I am 25 years old now but that was in the past. Me and my father still will go

out from time to time. My mother have her reason to be angry too.
