But where is the website to look these up by number? My son has a driver's license.. He has both financial and guardianship of the person, but I believe it is limited. (I don't know how to find out--I've never seen the term plenary before.) Not ready to drive a vehicle yet but is getting first aid instruction from the class and some basic driving / rules of the road knowledge.
