Need some help...Please respond if you can

Hello everyone. I have a couple of questions I hope some of you can answer.

First does anyone get food stamps for your adult child? When you apply do you

put everyone's name down or just their name. I was told I should apply for food

stamps for my son but am confused when I fill out the form if I just put his

name down or do I have to put everyone in the household down. If I put our

information down I am sure he would not be eligible.

The other question I have is I am wanting to start a support group in my area

and I don't know how to start. Any ideas of how to get started? I am getting

another parent to get a room in the Library and we want to start the first Wed

in Jan. 2011. We are going to get a few parents together put need people that

know more then we do that can answer our questions about Home Base Services,

Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, etc or who we can get to come to our

meetings. Any input would really help or if anyone is willing to come out to

Elmhurst to join us or just help us get started, please let me know. Thanks
